The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lazăr Comănescu, has had on September 19th, 2008, a meeting with Rodolfo Nin Novoa, the Vice-President of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay and President of the Uruguayan Senate. Rodolfo Nin Novoa leads the Uruguayan parliamentary delegation witch visits Romania upon the invitation of the President of the Romanian Senate, Nicolae Văcăroiu.
